Lessons in NYC:

Lessons are tailored to individual students’ level, from fundamentals to advanced techniques. Through working on their pieces, students learn to master shapes, values, edges, color-mixing, and media handling. Advanced students focus on practical application of color theory and on composition design.

Painting lessons are held at 3124 28th Ave 2F, Astoria, NY, 11102

Drawing lessons are held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1000 5th Ave, New York, NY, 10028

Group Drawing Lessons:

Group lessons take place once a week on Fridays or Sundays, registration is monthly

Hourly rate: $30 (monthly payment of $240 includes: 4 lessons, 2 hours each)

Registration is open for December (Fridays 12:00pm) and January (Sundays 12:00pm)

Private Painting and Drawing Lessons:

Private lessons have flexible scheduling, registration is per lesson

Hourly rate: $70 (lessons are a minimum of 2 hours long)

Free trial drawing lessons at the Metropolitan Museum of Art are available

Workshops at Hatahana Studio in Tel-Aviv

Workshops are periodical intense (“boot-camp style”) painting and drawing courses designed to impart a large body of knowledge in a condensed time-frame. Workshops are designed to grant students a firm grasp of a single topic by the end of the course. Students benefit from a rigorous class atmosphere, group critiques and discussions, and the facilities at Hatahana studio.
